On average to find & correct the cause of a problem, thus disposing of the symptom completely and permanently - takes approximately 6 - 8 sessions.

  • Initial Consultation (including relaxation treatment) - £55.00*
  • Subsequent treatment sessions - £45.00*
  • Anti-Smoking treatment (including three-month Aftercare Service) - £120.00

Payment should be made in cash or by cheque accompanied by valid guarantee card before treatment commences.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, may be charged.

The Hypnotherapy Society

This organisation exists for the purpose of maintaining good academic, professional and ethical standards in the various types of hypnotherapy treatments.

Contra-indications

As hypnosis is simply and only relaxation, there are no dangers or contra-indications.

However, the use to which hypnosis is put in treatment can mean that certain problems would prevent a person from undergoing treatment.

For example, if the type of hypnotherapy being used involves getting the patient to relive or re-experience strong, violent or upsetting emotions, then epilepsy, pregnancy, asthma or other stress induced physical symptoms would make having such treatment dangerous.

The hypnotherapist who offers symptom suppression as their treatment, will often refuse to treat those suffering severe depression. A warning to this effect can sometimes be found on hypnotic audio/video tapes.

As Lesserian™ methods

  • do not work against the subconscious;
  • do not try to suppress symptoms;
  • do not involve experiencing unwelcome emotions;

there are NO contra-indications to Curative Hypnotherapy

Tapes, videos, CDs etc.

We do NOT sell any tapes etc. nor do we even recommend their use. Such 'home use' items can do nothing more than attempt to treat symptoms (with all it's attendant dangers).

Each person is unique and therefore deserves to be treated as such.

When attending for treatment, you may be offered an audio tape or CD to listen to between treatment sessions, but this is simply to 'oil the wheels' of treatment, helping you to relax easier and quicker, thus allowing more time for the actual treatment itself.
